Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse IHRE ERFAHRUNGEN Du hast Engineering-Organisationen nicht nur begleitet, sondern verantwortlich geführt – durch Wachstum, Transformation und technische Umbrüche. Dabei warst du nie reiner Manager, sondern immer in der Lage, technische und organisatorische Themen zusammenzudenken. Mehrjährige Führung großer Engineering-Organisationen (50+ Engineers) in SaaS- oder Plattformunternehmen, idealerweise im Multi-Tenant- und Cloud-Native-Umfeld, inklusive Harmonisierung nach Wachstum oder Akquisitionen.
Du könntest auch aus ähnlichen Rollen kommen und damit gut zu dieser Position passen: Head of Machine Learning / Head of Applied AI, Lead ML Engineer / Principal MLOps Engineer, Head of Data Science / AI Platform Lead oder Senior Manager AI Engineering / AI Tech Lead.
